February 13, 2026 — April 12, 2028

You have to keep moving forward.
— Martin Luther King, Jr.

Saturn, the “Lord of Karma” and “The Task Master,” now enters Aries — the sign of the pioneer, the warrior, and of vitality and life itself. While Saturn is known for discipline and structure, Aries embodies raw instinct, courage, and the will to begin anew. As Saturn leaves Pisces before entering Aries, it is notable that this is the end of an entire 28–year zodiacal cycle.

As Saturn embarks on his journey through Aries, you are being called to build your life (Aries) structures (Saturn) from the ashes of the old (Pisces). This is not a time for hesitation. It is a time for forward movement and instinctual action, a time to take that first initiatory step even when the path is unclear. Saturn in Aries demands that you create your next 28-year cycle with a strong (Aries) foundation (Saturn) and become the architect of your own destiny.

Your Cosmic Spark: The Zero Point (0–3° Aries)

The first three degrees of Aries, which Saturn will be traversing from February 13 – March 18, is a potent period acting like a cosmic spark. This powerful cosmic energy depicts a brand-new evolutionary cycle of rebirth, emergence, and the primal force of life. Saturn’s presence here asks you to channel his energy of discipline and integrity, inspiring you to take purposeful, albeit sometimes quite instinctual, action.

But this time, at the beginning of this new cycle something rare occurs: Saturn will join Neptune (Feb. 13–22) also residing at 0° Aries with the exact conjunction occurring February 20. This powerful conjunction marks the fusion of structure and dream, form and formlessness, discipline and divine inspiration.

  • Saturn brings the formation of reality — discipline, integrity, and manifestation.
  • Neptune dissolves boundaries, inviting the mystical, the visionary, and the divine.

Together, they initiate a new archetype: The disciplined dreamer. The spiritual leader. The grounded mystic.

What This Means for You: During this conjunction, you are not just called to act — you are asked to dream with precision and to build your new life from vision. Although Saturn’s presence in Aries inspires action, its alignment with Neptune instills the sacred and the symbolic, encouraging you to reach for your highest ideals.

This transit may at times challenge you to confront your fears of failure and rejection. Saturn in Aries teaches that true courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move forward despite it. The time to claim your authenticity, to stand in your power, and to initiate the changes you wish to see in your life and the world is now!

While Saturn was transiting through Pisces over the past couple of years, you may have felt you let go of enough already! However, during this current transit of Saturn’s movement through Aries, a final dismantling may result. This is not negative karma or punishment, but a necessary clearing to make way for your future. Saturn’s job is to keep you aligned with your soul’s purpose, and in the sign of Aries, is hailing a call to action — to rise and build a new future.

Mindful awareness and integrity are essential as you navigate this powerful period. Saturn may test your resolve, but he will also reward your efforts with wisdom, strength, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Below are a few examples of balanced vs. imbalanced expressions of Saturn in Aries:

  • taking decisive action with integrity | impulsive actions driven by ego
  • leading with courage | dominating others to assert control
  • building new structures with patience | tearing down the outmoded without a plan
  • embracing change as a catalyst for growth | resisting changes out of fear
  • acting from a place of inner authority | seeking validation from external sources
  • trusting your instincts while remaining grounded | acting recklessly without foresight

Make the most of this time by setting clear intentions and taking deliberate steps toward your goals. This is especially true if you are an Aries Sun sign, as Saturn will transit directly over your Sun. Or, if you are experiencing your Saturn Return (ages 28–31 or 56–59), this will be a pivotal moment of maturation and growth.

Saturnian transits and aspects take us to a crossroads, providing opportunities to hasten our evolution. They usher in a profound time, that if embraced, can bring great wisdom and a deeper meaning to our lives. Awareness of self, maturation, humility, and freedom — by releasing that which no longer serves us — are all characteristic of Saturn’s influence.
